We all understand that our goal is to get the most money for the Sellers, as quickly as possible and with the fewest problems. This is the universal goal of all top listing Agents. What if we were to be a bit more strategic, and focus on picking up a minimum of three more transactions for every new listing we take?

If you have had a great year so far, keep going! The gift of momentum in Real Estate is that it makes you look better than you really are…the same way as a slump makes you look worse than you really are!
What?? I think it is time that we stop planning our year based on a January start. Most agents do the majority of their business in the first half of the year and the temptation for some, is to take time off in the summer and then kind of “coast” throughout the Fall.
An Average Agent-only performs the “Functionary” role Real Estate

2) They only respond to a need when asked
3) Assumes little responsibility
I love the Millionaire Real Estate Agent book by Gary Keller. I have probably read that book 10 times, and each time I read it, I seem to pick up 10 things that I missed before.
Some of them are busy all the time, while others go through periods of “super-busy” followed by “super-slow”. The biggest difference between a growing, thriving real estate practice and a super-busy, super slow-practice is the quality of your database.
Learning new skills and knowledge in the Real Estate business is one of the best things you will ever do with your time. I currently spend over 50 days a year attending different training events, with the goal of picking up one or two new ideas from every event that I attend.
The state of our local Real estate market always comes down to two things- Affordability and Availability.
Affordability is all about demand….Who wants it? What can they afford? And what will they pay..
